If I Had to Apply Again: Live AMA with Chick-fil-A Franchisees

Webinar details

Chick-fil-A’s franchise opportunity is one of the most sought-after—and least understood. In this webinar, we’ll hear directly from two Chick-fil-A franchisees and a member of the corporate support team to unpack the requirements, misconceptions and realities of getting selected as a Chick-fil-A franchisee.

We’ll begin with a brief overview of the opportunity and key prerequisites, followed by an open AMA where attendees can submit questions directly in the chat for the franchisees to answer.

This webinar will not be recorded, so live attendance is required.

The session is capped at 250 participants.

What you will learn

Devon's Profile

With a rich background in the sports and hospitality industry, along with an entrepreneurial spirit that propelled her corporate career in team leadership, culture development, revenue growth, and guest service initiatives, Devon was trying to find a no alarm clock approach to life.

Devon introduced the state of Connecticut and her hometown of Brookfield to Chick-fil-A in 2014. She currently leads two Chick-fil-A restaurants and serves as the Licensing Consultant for one licensed restaurant.

Outside of work, she is a wife, mother of two, and basketball coach who cherishes the small moments in life. The Truett Cathy quote, “If you aren’t having fun, you aren’t doing it right,” embodies the passion, spirit of service, and energy she brings to her team. Elias's Profile

I was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. After college, I landed a job as a personal banker with JPMorgan Chase, where I worked for 13 years, with my last role being Business Relationship Manager.

In 2013, I relocated my family to South Florida and, soon after, was introduced to the Chick-fil-A brand. I have now been serving in the South Florida market for eight years alongside my wife and eight children.

My favorite menu item is the Spicy Deluxe with Colby Jack cheese and ranch sauce.
