Hayley Norman has been the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Tampa Stadium since April 1st of 2025. Prior to joining Chick-fil-A, Hayley built a successful career in corporate America, most recently serving as Director of Global Learning Operations for Johnson & Johnson. Before Johnson & Johnson, she owned and operated a talent development consulting firm for more than a decade, helping organizations develop their people and strengthen their leaders.
Hayley is also a published author of two books (The Career Compass, First and Second Editions) focused on the power of professional mentorship.
Hayley has been married to her husband, David, for 38 years, and they have two grown children and one fur baby. Outside of work, she enjoys Broadway, traveling, and spending time with family.

I am a family man, a coach, a successful healthcare entrepreneur, an experienced healthcare business executive, a Chick-fil-A Operator and a servant leader with a focus on the development of people, business stewardship, business results and creating a business culture that is known for caring deeply, serving selflessly and growing continuously. After spending twenty plus years in North Carolina, we moved our family to Las Vegas, Nevada in June of 2020 to begin our Chick-fil-A Operator journey. We opened Chick-fil-A Charleston & Fort Apache in January 2021 and the opportunity has been so much more than I ever anticipated. I love the opportunity that I have as an Operator to make a positive difference and I have never had a more genuine professional purpose.
From a personal perspective, I have been married to my wife Valerie for 28 years. We are blessed to have three children (Bryce, Myles and Maryn). Aside from work, I enjoy traveling, working out and spending time with my family. My current favorite Chick-fil-A item is the new chicken and waffle sandwich.
