Stop Searching, Start Building: The First Franchise By a Searcher for Searchers

Webinar details

The average buyer spends 19 months searching before they close a deal, if they do. Only 63% of searchers ever acquire a company. The ones who do submit an average of 6.9 LOIs, get 2.4 executed, and still watch more than half of those fall apart before closing.

Daniel Katz lived that for three years. Then he found Tommy Pollina — a 45-year-old outdoor services business (drainage, grading, landscape, hardscapes) already turned into a real, scalable operating system — and made the switch.

Join us to hear it straight from Daniel: what the search actually looks like from the inside, and why the Tommy Pollina opportunity is a better alternative for searchers to start building a durable, tested business vs. searching.
